Impowered is not responsible for any trading / investment decision you might have taken as a result
directly or indirectly from using the Impowered Products. Impowered is only an online company
providing educational service and information that serves as a guide and tutorials in learning about
stock market trading and investing. You are advised to seek independent licensed financial advice of

Impowered product results are returned based upon previous market close values. The performance data
quoted represents past performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Current
performance may be lower or higher than the performance quoted.
1. Screeners are Only for Research / Education Purposes.
You agree that you will use these Screeners for your personal non-business purposes and that
your use is for self-directed research of individual equity securities. You also agree that the
Screeners are only one of many ways that you may research individual equity securities ( stocks
options ) for investment and that you will not rely upon the Screeners as the sole basis for an
investment decision. All decisions taken are entirely on your responsibility and freewill
without coercion or solicitation by any party.

Each stocks options , equities included in the Impowered products results are NOT representation
to sell or buy nor does it determined the success or failure of any particular trade. There will
be NO guarantees in the success or winning rate provided by the Impowered Capital tools.

including all portions of the website, content, site design, text, graphics and the selection
and all data on the site (the "Material") is owned by Impowered, unless otherwise indicated, and
is protected & governed by the laws. All rights reserved. The Material may not be reproduced or
distributed, in whole or in part, without prior written permission of the Impowered.
Any other
reproduction or distribution, in whatever form and by whatever media, is strictly prohibited.
Violators will charged in the court of laws and heavy penalty will be imposed.
5. Refund Policy
Refund will not be provided for any subscription. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated
billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month (happens before the next billing). In
such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the
monthly billing cycle.
